Chantaie Allick

Hello. Welcome.

I am a writer, communicator, and consultant. I write words for a living. This is where I tell you about it.

I think of myself as a storyteller and I hope you will too once you've explored a little.

First I ask questions. Then I think. Then I write.

No matter what project I take on, that is my process. It has helped me write kids books, build brands and show others how to do the same.

Fiction

Amoya Blackwood is Brave is my first kids book. It is available for pre-order now and will be released April 15th 2025. It is a beautiful story about what bravery really means and the people in our lives who help us tap into it. I can’t WAIT to share that one with you. You can pre-order here.

Non-Fiction

When I was sixteen I wanted to spend my life writing, so I decided to become a journalist. I learned a few years later that I could do other things and still spend my life writing. But, real life stories and issues are a place I still love to visit as a freelancer. I write a weekly newsletter to share what I’ve learned along the way. Subscribe here.

Brand Stories

I founded a boutique marketing consultancy that helps passionate founders and startup leaders uncover and tell their stories effectively through strategic brand and marketing consulting services and educational programs.

If you’d like help bringing your story to life, reach out here.

You can also subscribe to my newsletter, Adventures in Storytelling here.

The name says it all. Every week I share storytelling insights, perspectives, tools, and knowledge.

Words are my thing

Based in Toronto, Canada, I am a writer, strategist and marketing consultant. I'm a storyteller and communicator at my core. Words and ideas ignite me.

I am what people describe as multi-passionate and my life and career so far reflects that. And also, somehow, works. What brings them all together is my desire to write words and share untold stories. My path has not been straight, but it certainly feels right. Each new adventure has helped me build out and build on my skills as a storyteller and share them with others.
